Accessorizing Every Season

Accentuate every "Look" with these tips and tricks. These handy style guides/charts are meant to feed your inspiration for your own twist on dressing. From classic to quirky, you might find yourself needing to work a scarf into every outfit!

If you plan to wear a loud accessory you should plan to wear a complimentary but more subtle outfit. That is unless you planned an overall eccentric look, Then Bring It All On!

By loud accessory, referencing large colorful or intricate: Belts, Jewelry, Handbags, Glasses, Hats.

Layering your jewelry is a chic and noticed fashion statement. Each layer is an opportunity for conversation. Surround yourself with pieces you find on journeys (near & far), passed down through generations (your own or at an antique shop), gifts from loved ones or rewards to oneself. Try to mirror the style of each piece you add to your look.

An example would be, if you are wearing dainty gold chains of various length, you might consider adding a belt with similar colored hardware and a bracelet, watch combo that compliments the metal texture of your prior put on pieces.

Shoes are also an accessory and sometimes people like to play up a neutral outfit with a bright or patterned option for their accent piece. You can match your jewelry to the shoe option to give it that extra appeal.

Have fun with it, don't let it stress you. When in doubt send over a look and I can give you some feedback!

Makeup For Every Season & Outfit

These looks are meant to inspire you when trying to search for a complimentary highlight to an amazing outfit!

Cat Eyes look great on any outfit from a casual grocery run to a night out on the town! The determining factor is how dramatic you draw it. I would suggest the short line for casual errands, a slight flare for day dates/outings with friends, and the full cleo for a date night or night out/in.

That shorter line makes it look fancy, like you are wearing false lashes, when you apply mascara. One of my favorites is Mally brand, More is More, with enough layers the natural babies look like falsies! It's one of my go to moves! You can pair it with a light blush/bronzer combo on lids near the brows, tip of nose and apples of cheeks. Layer your foundation powder on over this to tone down any bronzer.

For lips, a lip liner blended inward or a lip-stain will last you much longer than anything else. Condition with some chapstick and be ready for anything!

If you have a reason to be a little more adventurous or colorful, I suggest applying color at your creases that way your focus is still your overall look. I love a bright liner or white/holographic powder right on the inside and under a lower lash! Sometimes together!

Most importantly blend! Make sure you check chin lines, hair lines and by ears, trust me I have missed this step and just whoa!
